When it comes to your sexual health, support should be easy to find and free to access. That’s why we created Speak E.C., a network of Nebraska businesses and community spaces where you can quietly and confidently get a free emergency contraception kit—no cost, no judgment, no questions asked.

Here’s how it works:

1. Look for the poster. We’ve placed posters in participating businesses—often in restrooms or on community boards.

2. Tear off a tab. It acts like a ticket—just hand it to an employee.

3. Get your free kit. That’s it. No purchase required. No ID. No questions.

**You can also just ask for it if you’re comfortable!

What’s in a Speak E.C. kit?

1 emergency contraception pill (Plan B, Julie, or generic), a pregnancy test, 2 condoms, stickers, and resources for reproductive care and support.

Speak E.C. kits are stocked at some of the coolest, kindest places around Nebraska. Most are small businesses and community hubs who believe, like we do, that support should be simple and stigma-free.
